Title: Turn signal issue

I'm having issues with my left turn signal.  For one it will not blink it will just stay on without flashing.  Then when you turn the lights on the front left turn signal does not work at all.  Any idea what the issue is?

bad ground, bad bulb, flasher,and worse its in the column.
