An suggestions of where to get a workshop manual for a 2006 TJ, Haynes only goes up to 2003 and the Jeep dealer wants $200+ for a manual?

The 03' should walk you through it. The changes really are not that significant.
See if Chilton's has your year. I think they are a much better publication anyway.
