Will a metal hardtop from a 1968 cj5 fit a 1978 cj5? How about the doors?

I don't think it will.
You have 76-86 & pre 75 for soft tops so I doubt a hard top would work either.
I think it has to do with the windshield frame if I remember correctly, but I could be wrong too. Not 100%  :-\
