Title: WIPER ARM SEAL

I just purchased a 2002  wrangler X and I noticed a circular opening
between the end of wiper arm where it attaches to wiper moto
and the windshield cowl.

Is there a wiper arm seal/gasket/ or plug available to cover up this circular opening?

Nope, but you can do either of the following:

1) weld it with ease
2) use JB weld

The winshield frame is forged with that opening for with wiper, some wiper arms came with a gasket though.
