Title: transmission noise

I need a little help from someone that knows jeeps.. noise from transmission only when clutch is out  its not the throw out bearing it and the clutch have been replaced...

you got fluid in it, manuals still need gear oil, what about the pinion bearing the one in the back of the motor. what kind of noise could be a synchro.
