Title: front springs

Anyone know why the front stop in the middle of my spring looks like it would hit the side of my spring if it would compres. Im trying to find out what would cause that n how to correct it

what kinda jeep? and are you talking about the bump stops, mine look that way and have never hit, it has to do with the lift and swing angle, the higher the jeep gets lifted the closer they get until you shift the axle back to the original distance.

Will it help by installing  an adjustable tracking bar

no the trac bar just centers youre axle not move it forward. but an adjustable trac bar is usually a good idea either way.
