As for oil you can't beat Amsoil synthetic I have gained about 1 or 2 miles to the gallon after changing it  and there filter .It is made by wix but it is not a regular wix filter it is extra heavy duty .they claim you can go 25 k with no problems .I am changing filter out at 10 k and adding a quart.I just checked my oil and it looks like new and I am at 9700 miles .It's not even dark yet. SO it made me a believer .

HAS ANY ONE EXPERIENCED CLUNKING NOISE WHEN IN FIRST GEAR OR 4 LOW LETTING ON OR OFF  THE GAS  ON A 6SPD TRANS. MY JEEP IS A 2005 WITH 60 THOUSAND MILES ON IT FLUID WAS CHANGED AT SERVICE DATE AND NO MAJOR METAL PIECES  FOUND.ALSO HAS A NOISE THAT SOUNDS LIKE THROW OUT BEARING IS GOING BAD WHEN CLUTCH IS NOT ENGAGED.ARE THESE COMMON PROBLEM AREAS OR DO I NEED TO WORRY ?

MY FRIEND HAS A 95 YJ 4CYL WITH 5 SPD AND SHE IS HAVING SECOND GEAR SHIFTING PROBLEMS .I THINK IT IS A BAD SYNCRO. SHE IS LOOKING TO GET IT REPAIRED .DOES ANY ONE KNOW A GOOD TRANS SHOP CLOSE TO HARRISBURG AREA .MAY BE INTERESTED IN DIFFERENT TRANS IF ANY BODY HAS A GOOD ONE FOR DECENT PRICE .
