Well, here's my most recent experience...
4/21/08 placed an online order for a Dana 30 diff. cover to match the 44 rear cover won in a raffle.
4/24/08 hadn't received my order confirmation so I called the toll free number to find that the order was over looked.
4/24/08 order was processed and confirmation received.
4/30/08 No diff. cover here yet ? I called and was told by customer service they would find out why it hasn't been shipped yet. I'm awaiting a call back and will update this experience as information comes in.
As of right now, I'm not really happy. But, once I get this call back I'll see if I can work a deal for being so patient and understanding and will post my final verdict.
I never did get that return call as promised. Just got the diff. cover yesterday 5/5/08 - That's 15 days from ordering to receiving.
THUMBS DOWN...!!! On their service, not their products.
I'll order from a distributor of their products in the future.
