'87 yj 2.5L to 4.0L

:-\i have a 1987 yj with a 2.5L that's about to blow and want to install a 4.0L from a '93 Cherokee. will that motor bolt up to a Peugeot BA-5 or BA-10 5-speed? if not, how much would an adaptor plate cost and where can i find one
