Rock Run 2010, etc
« on: March 17, 2010, 06:12:14 pm »
I didn't see it posted anywhere on the site.

Thanks to volunteers who spent countless hours at the park, we'll have OPEN trail riding this year.  The park will open for the season on April 3.

Also, look for Rock Run in the current issue (20) of Crawl Magazine.

If there is "open" wheeling then things must be going well out there.

Indeed, Rick.  It's really exceeded the expectations of a lot of people.

The trail system is going to be significantly bigger in about two weeks.   ;D  Lots of new, killer trails to cut.  We really emphasized the blue/low black because those guys cover a lot of ground in a day.  The upper black/reds get all the fun press, but they are a very small portion of the overall trail network.  I can take a group of 5 guys and cover 500yards in a weekend with black/red.

Oh...I know all too well the time involved in running high black/red trails....

I'd like to hear that the greens & blues have been expanded. That is where your vehicle growth will explode.
More of an offering will gather more vehicles.

However, the fact that it is expanding and being supported is HUGE.....Congrats to all those involved dedicating their time and hard labor.
