Start time for spectators?

sorry if i missed it but what time is the gate open to spectators?  Alll i can find is registration times and staff times, the packet says 7 to 5 but then it says registration gates open at 7,  are spectators allowed in at that time also?  again sorry if i missed it somewhere,  but dont want to b late/ but also dont want to wait at the gate for an hour
