Emergency brakes....having/had a hell of time of getting the emergency brake "paddles" to hook into the shoe to the point of NOT getting them into the shoe and just saying the hell with it and not worrying about it....well, State inspection requires the ER brake working of course....
I had heard something about turning them "upside down" to get them to go in place....anyone with some advice....
