     We asked you late last year to weigh in on the National Landscape Conservation System Act (NLCSA). Well, it is time to act again.  The House Natural Resources Committee will consider the bill on March 12. We know that we have been asking you to have your voice heard a lot lately, but this has been a busy time, and we must stay diligent to protect responsible access to our public lands.
