Pennsylvania 4wd Garages for a 48 willys restoration?
« on: September 13, 2008, 10:02:49 pm »
Hi all,

A woman from York, Pa, contacted me at my ewillys.com website asking me where she might take her 1948 Willys CJ-2A to have some work done on it.  She's inherited a jeep from her father and wants to fix it up so she can drive it with her son.  She says she's not mechanically inclined, so I did not bother quizzing her on what exactly needed to be done to it.

I told her I wasn't familiar with any restoration shops on the east coast, but said I'd make some inquiries for her.  Does anyone have any suggestions about a reputable 4wd shop she could contact (or whom she should avoid)?  You can either respond to this post or contact me directly at d@ewillys.com.

Thanks,

Rick_Bear
