not getting enough fuel
« on: March 30, 2009, 01:20:19 pm »
couple weeks ago my check engine light came on and the jeep hesitates when i press on the gas after awhile it will go away then does it again then it back fires. so i replaced the engine cause the old one was wornout anyway. i now have a 2.5 from a 99 the jeep is a 92 wrangler. i cant seem to figure out what is wrong with it seems like the gas is lean or its not getting enough fuel. its driving me nuts

did you check the fuel filter and or pump/pressure?
build it, beat it, break it, fix it, repeat
