I put a new set of TSL Super Swamper SSR Radials on the YJ.  ;D

i was gonna say.....did you "float" them on... ???

charlie came last friday to get matt's hard top off--it's in the garage waiting for a second of no rain so we can get the soft top on!!!

   Well... let me see. I drove her in the rain today (and yesterday and the day before....)

    I REALLY love those wheels! I was hunting for them for more then a month before I decided they were too nice, and rare, to take them in the rocks and beat 'em up so I settle on the TJ rims.
    Wow... them's some gnarly tires Dude. You gonna be one Offroadin' Mutha ;D

Pulled my rock sliders off, sanded and re-painted them. I even did some finish work on parts of the frame.

I'm gonna do a little suspension work when I find out if I still have a job or not. Until then I'll do the little things during my intermittent furlough time.

i had to rewash the inside after that, all the frog sh1t that was in it. found a couple slim jims and 1.65 in change....

Chasm, tires look good.
 
Working on the rear deck lid that covers whats left of the bed. I made the "temp" plywood one and can't wait to replace it with the alumiun one that will hinge and latch.

I washed the outside of the Jeep everyday this week in hopes to make it super shinny for the Jeep show! ::)
I also rinsed out the inside and am still waiting for it to dry.....


Chasm-- when are you going to try out them new tires or are they strictly for hopping curbs at the Kennie's parking lot?

Believe me, I'm itching to find some mud  ;D... but I'm not going to go anywhere illegal... I know some folks would just tear up a farm field but not me. I've worked them fields before and I respect those few that continue to do it today! Maybe I can get a trip together for RC on Memorial Day weekend...

   There's always stuff going on Memorial weekend, but that weekend we (Colleen and I) have the Family "gathering" at our house. Family up from Texas, down from NY state and all around here so...

   Y'all have fun, but REMEMBER what that holiday is really about! And I don't mean the start of summer.

B4W has our big club fundraiser at RC on Memorial Day weekend. It would be great to see a few Peepers up there. :)
