   "Well, I believe in the soul, the small of a woman's back, the hangin' curveball, high fiber, good Scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, over-rated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there oughtta be a constitutional amendment outlawing astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve, and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days..."

Bull Durham!  Did you memorize all that or did you have to look it up?  :D

And the other one was Wall Street, of course.

   Of course I cheated... filmsite.org/greatfilmquotes.html  ::)

   But I did see the movie. I like the reaction of Susan Sarandon after he said that line...  ;)

Not to mention Police Squad and the Naked Gun movies!

OK, I think I finally thought of one:

"When you kill a man, you take away all that he is and all that he's ever gonna be"  - This movie ranks very high on my list of favorites.

Shaun:  Weekend at Bernie's is right.  Best performance by a dead guy ever!

I liked Leslie Nielsen in Naked Gun 2.5 when he was told he wasn't on the guest list.  He replied that he sometimes goes by his maiden name!

come on Eastwood to easy   and  yes unforgiven very high on the list

kind of a hard one folks, there was a remake for the hint but i like the original better, a long quote between two actors, only one is needed and the movie title.

 we have to give Eleanor back.

Hillbilly...Gone in 60 seconds.  Pace is talking to Pumpkin, I can't remember the actors' names in the original.  Cage and Jolie were in the remake.
