Thanks to everyone that helped out at this event,  especially to Bob for heading this up for me while I am away wheeling. I heard there where 465 motorcycles, a little less then last year but a great turnout nevertheless.  Thanks again guys!

It was a great day for the Toy Run!  Nice weather and a pretty decent turnout.  I hadn't done it before, so I didn't know what to expect.  All in all, I'd say that it was very well organized!  Bob T. let us all know what we had to do and the police escort came in handy.  Thanks to all those who blocked ramps...you did a great job!  We had a few people sneak in up around Hbg. but it wasn't a big deal.

As we went up the highway, we saw plenty of bikers and assorted other people standing by the highway taking photos and video and waving.  Some were even standing on the Sinking Springs Ln. overpass waving the US flag--that was cool!

While we stood around talking in the parking lot, a man and woman came up to us.  The gentleman asked us where to get a replacement floor pan for his Jeep.  The woman later identified herself as David Milliken Derr Jr.'s mother.  We all let her know that we were proud to be part of the event remembering David and helping all the children currently at Hershey Medical Center!

I saw a female reporter from FOX news walking around so I'm gonna watch it at 10 PM and see if there was coverage of the event.

I took a number of photos which I'll post as soon as Photobucket stops being wonky...
