EXCITING NEWS!

Calling all Topless for TATA's supporters... We need Topless for TATA's AX Men and Women!

I'm pleased to announce that Rausch Creek Off Road Park has offered to dedicate a brand new trail dubbed "Topless for TATAs". The trail is going to be a green trail offering both Blue and Black switchbacks for those looking to rock some TATAs!

We need your help with trail cutting, trail clearing, a day of fun and laughter, meet and greet with event participants, having an opportunity to win some TFT swag... and if time permits some afternoon wheeling! More specific details about what all will be needed (i.e. tools, supplies) and required (i.e. volunteers) will be forthcoming.

We wanted to send this out as a place holder to ensure we have enough volunteers willing to help out. The tentative date will be Saturday, June 2nd at 09:00. Lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided that's why we are asking for a headcount for those able to attend. As always all Topless for TATA's events are family orientated and we encourage everyone to attend.

Thanks    Chantelle + Chris, RaushCreek  and all that helped and surported this great event. This had to be the the most crazy Tatas ride I have been a part of. From working on my Jeep on and off  right up untill we headed north.  To working on other peoples Jeeps Friday while "looking" at the new Tata trail. Then Saturday had to top all that with a roll first thing in the morning . Our group (group 2) lended a hand in the recovery and picked up a couple Jeeps from that group to get some wheelin in before lunch. Sometime around 11:30 I broke a front spring shackle eye, I threw a rachet strap around in and kept on wheelin till lunch. At lunch (thanks Qudratec) I patched my jeep up enough to wheel the rest of the day and make it home. We met some great people and had a great time.

i didn't stay to hear the story on how that happened ....were they even on the trail? it looked like they were trying to access it from E trail.

He was not on the trail, he was on a access area used for trail cutting and found a hole.
They were lucky it was not filled with water, a mine shaft or a sink hole, probably would have been recovering more than just a Jeep. As we started onto "S" passing the group I knew somthing was not right. Jeeps in the brush, lady running with a first aid kit, so I stopped to check on them. A few scraches was the worst injury (that was the good thing). Next, onto the Jeep, lets just say they needed a bit more gear and books than what they had for a safe recovery.
