How hard is it to install new body spacer ?

do you have the same size spacer in there already or are you talking installing a body lift?
build it, beat it, break it, fix it, repeat

As long as all the bolts come out it's a somewhat easy job to install a body life.

Iv been having a major problem with my tj just wants to follow the road I recently found out by rick thanks by the way I shouldnt have 4 in body life. I m removing it and dropping it down to a 2 in lift. The only question I have is I ordered and installed new bilstien shocks will I have to order new shocks when I lower it..

You should be ok...Change out the body lift and see how things are. I doubt there will be a problem unless they are extremely long.
Remember that a shock absorber is to stop "UP" travel more than "down" travel.

Technically you could drive on the street if you had to without them. But, off-road if you flex "up" to a point the coil springs would fall out.

Rick I think I only have around 4 inches of the shock rod showing do you think that still be ok
