Dear Robert,
I would like to extend my gratitude to the membership of PA Jeeps for a job well done! Each member that I came in contact with during registration, parking, and obstacle guidance were professional and friendly. The words no or I can’t was not in their vocabulary. Each member, whether it was Ted on the bicycle in the lot or Ret. Capt. Ed U.S.A.F. directing me to park, couldn’t have done more. I am sorry I don’t remember the names of the gals on the stage, but they were wonderful too.
And this was accomplished in the most unpleasant of temperatures and humidity. Each person with an orange event shirt exemplified the skills of a seasoned ambassador. I haven’t been to the York/Lancaster area in over 20 years and much has changed but not the warm welcome.
Please share this note with your secretary for publication and dissemination to your members. All too often we write to complain for poor service and never write often enough to appreciate a job well done.
