NEWS FLASH FOR CAMPERS...!
For all that are camping at our Jeep Show this year we have some GREAT news as our negotiated rates have just been finalized with the Fairgrounds.
NO HOOK-UPS = $25 per night
ELECTRIC ONLY = $28 per night
WATER & ELECTRIC = $30 per night
SEWER, WATER, ELECTRIC = $35 per night
There is ample room for many campers and we encourage you to consider camping "ON-SITE" and enjoy the evening the way many Jeepers do.
Camping sites are on a "First-Come/First Serve" basis. We "The Event Host" are unable to reserve sites as per contractural reasons. You MUST check in at the Adminstration Office upon arrival. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. IF you arrive after hours there WILL be staff collecting. You MUST be preparred to pay for your site when the after hours staff stops by or you WILL be asked to vacate the area. This is their facility and we are just the messenger. If you have several sharring a site be sure the first one that arrives has the CASH to pay for the site.
We also ask that if you are NOT using any hook-ups please set up your tent along the grass area adjacent to Carlisle Ave. so those wanting hook-ups will have access. See you all in July...!!!
